Matthew J. Tibert, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy - Owner

Matthew is the owner of the business which was founded in 2003. He received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Temple University in 2010 and his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology in 1997 at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Matthew's professional goal is to maximize every patient's functional mobility in the safest and most effective way possible. Matthew enjoys working out, country music and outdoor activities.  He loves spending time with his wife and four children.

Sarah Laudone, DPT, OCS, CMTPT  

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Sarah grew up in North Attleboro, Ma and graduated from RIC in 2008.  While at RIC, Sarah participated in varsity basketball where she played point guard for all four years.  After graduating from RIC with an exercise science degree, she went on to graduate from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire.  Since starting her career Sarah has become trained in The Graston Technique, emergancy medical responder, the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), dry needling, and Sportsmetrics.  She recently became board certified as an orthopedic specialist.

Sarah currently resides in Cumberland, RI where she lives with her husband, two rescue dogs: Reese and Mookie, and two cats: Chubs and Chesney.  She has a passion for helping and working with people as well as animals. Sarah is an advocate against animal cruelty and currently fosters dogs for the Friends of Homeless Animals.  

During her free time Sarah enjoys golf, traveling with her husband, going to concerts (Kenny Chesney!), and sporting events, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Sidra Ethier, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Sidra grew up in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Studies (2016) and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2018) both from Boston University’s 6 year accelerated program. Sidra has clinical expertise in orthopedics, post-operative rehabilitation, as well as fall and balance prevention for the geriatric population. Additionally, she is certified in dry needling. In her free time she enjoys spending time at her lake house with family, traveling to new places, and exercising.

Amelia Houghton, PT, DPT, ATC, LAT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Amelia is a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Athletic Trainer. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University in 2018 and has been working with patients in Sports Medicine and Orthopedics since 2011 including providing services to youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. 

Amelia strives to be a lifelong learner and has become a Certified Mulligan Practitioner among other specialized training since graduation including instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, blood flow restriction training, and dry needling. Amelia is a former gymnast and dancer. In her time off, she can be found outdoors, training, hiking, kayaking, or volunteering. She completed her first Ironman race in 2021 and is currently training to race Ironman Lake Placid in 2022 and climb Mt. Hood. Amelia lives in Foxboro, MA with her dog, Buddy.

Kara McCormick, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Kara received her Bachelor of Science from University of Massachusetts Amherst, then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University in 2019. She has experience in multiple settings of physical therapy practice including outpatient orthopedic, outpatient neurological rehabilitation, and acute care. Her clinical interests include chronic pain, low back pain, neck pain and balance and gait disorders including post stroke and Parkinson’s disease. Kara enjoys staying active with group exercise fitness and hiking, exploring new restaurants and cooking

Adrianne Ohnemus, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Adrianne received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University University in 2020 where she graduated magna cum laude. She also received her bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine from Westfield State University in 2016 where she ran Track and Cross Country. Adrainne is certified in dry-needling and selective functional movement screening. She has been working in physical therapy since 2017 and as a physical therapist since 2020. Adrianne has experience in both outpatient and rehabilitation settings. She hopes to take her OCS (orthopedic certified specialist) exam next year. Adrianne's goals for her patients include patient education, facilitating independence, improving quality of life, maximizing patient's functional status, and returning them to the things they love to do.She enjoys strength training, marathon training, country music, and spending time with friends & family.

Sarah M. Eisenschmidt, PT, DPT, CMTPT

Sarah graduated from Ithaca College where she earned her B.S. in Clinical Health Studies in 2013 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. Since graduating, Sarah has received additional training and certifications in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) Level I and Level II, Dry Needling, Sports Concussions, Blood Flow Restriction, and in Women’s Health. Sarah has a strong interest in manual therapy, orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, and women’s health. 

Sarah grew up in Upstate New York in the Adirondack Mountain region and she frequently travels back home to spend time with family. She currently resides in North Providence, RI. In her free time she enjoys hiking, golfing, swimming, reading, spending time on the water, and cheering on her favorite New York sports teams (sorry Boston fans).

Danielle Ciolfi, PT, DPT

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Danielle is a graduate of Ithaca College where she earned both her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021 and Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies in 2019. While at Ithaca, she played for the Women’s Soccer team. She has experience treating in both the outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation settings and is certified in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. She has a passion for treating patients with orthopedic and sports related injuries. Danielle’s goals for her patient’s are to optimize independence, maximize functional abilities and improve overall quality of life. She values patient centered care. Danielle resides in Millis, MA and in her free time enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, being outdoors and cheering on New England Sports teams!

Virginia Gavrielidis, PT, DPT

Licensed Physical Therapist

Virginia grew up near Middlebury, VT, enjoying Vermont’s many mountains, lakes, and campgrounds with her family.  She earned her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2013 from Gordon College in Wenham, MA, where she threw discus and hammer for the track and field team.  She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in Manchester, NH in 2020.  Virginia’s areas of clinical interest include post-operative rehabilitation, return to sports, and occupational health.  In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, playing with her two children, and visiting her family in Vermont for more family hikes.
